Privacy Policy

Divine by Design Energy Healing

Effective Date: September 2, 2026

This policy explains how personal information is collected, used, and handled when you visit this website, contact me, book a session, or receive services. It applies to both electronic and paper records.

1. Information Collected

When you contact me or book a session, you may provide your name, email address, phone number, appointment details, and information about the support you are seeking.

Your intake form and related emails may contain sensitive information, including health concerns, emotional experiences, or personal circumstances you choose to share.

I also create a written summary of your session and receive information needed to confirm your booking and payment.

Please avoid including detailed medical information or other highly sensitive information in the website’s general contact form.

2. How Your Information Is Used

I use the information you provide to respond to inquiries, arrange appointments, review your intake form, prepare for and carry out your session, and send your written summary.

Booking and payment information is used to confirm appointments, acknowledge payments, and handle cancellations, rescheduling, or refunds.

3. Service Providers and Information Sharing

I use service providers to operate the website, manage bookings, deliver email, process payments, and understand website usage. These providers may receive or store information needed to perform those services.

Payments through PayPal or Zelle are handled by the relevant payment service and financial institutions. Their own privacy policies also apply.

I do not sell or rent client contact lists, intake forms, or session summaries, or provide those records to other businesses for their marketing.

Information may also be disclosed when required by law or when legally permitted and necessary to address fraud, security incidents, or legal claims.

4. Website Analytics

This website uses Google Analytics to help me understand how visitors use the site. It uses cookies, which are small files stored in your browser, to collect information such as pages visited and device type. You can manage cookies through your browser settings. For more information, please read how Google uses this information.

5. Storage and Security

I keep electronic copies of client intake forms and session summaries on my password-protected computer. Printed client records are organized in individual files and stored in a locked filing cabinet.

Information submitted through the website, sent by email, or used for payments may also be processed or stored within the service providers’ systems described above.

These precautions help protect your information from unauthorized access. However, no method of electronic storage or internet transmission can guarantee complete security.

6. Record Retention

I retain client intake forms and session summaries for seven years after your most recent session. If you return for another session, the seven-year period begins again from that appointment.

After that period, printed records are shredded and electronic copies are securely deleted. Relevant records may be kept longer when required by law or needed to resolve an outstanding legal claim or dispute.

Payment and accounting records are retained separately to meet applicable tax and business recordkeeping requirements.

7. Access, Corrections, and Deletion Requests

You may contact me to request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal information. I may need to verify your identity before responding.

Some information may need to be retained to meet legal obligations or resolve an outstanding transaction or dispute. I will explain any limitations that apply to your request.

Any additional privacy rights provided by applicable law remain available to you.

8. External Links

This website may link to other websites. Those websites have their own privacy practices. Please review their policies before sharing personal information.

9. Policy Updates

Changes to this policy will be posted on this page with a revised effective date.
