Divine by Design Energy Healing

These terms explain how bookings, payments, cancellations, and use of this website are handled. Please read them before booking a session.
1. Services
I offer remote energy healing sessions using therapeutic pendulums, prayer, and intention. These services are intended to support personal well-being and are not a substitute for licensed medical, mental health, or veterinary care.

2. Booking and Payment
The booking form shows the price and duration of each service.
After booking, you will receive an automatic confirmation followed by a Welcome Email with payment instructions, your intake form, and session information.
Payment may be made through Zelle or PayPal and is due within 24 hours after I send your Welcome Email. Your appointment is secured once payment is received, and I will send you a payment confirmation.
3. Intake Form
Your completed intake form must be returned by email at least 48 hours before your scheduled session. This gives me time to review the information you share and prepare for our work.
If your completed form is not received by that deadline, your session will be cancelled without a refund.
4. Cancellations, Rescheduling and Refunds
Please provide at least 48 hours’ notice if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment. This allows me time to adjust my schedule and offer the appointment to someone else.
If you cancel at least 48 hours before your scheduled session, you will receive a full refund of your session payment. Cancellations made less than 48 hours before the session are non-refundable.
If you need to reschedule, your payment will transfer to your new appointment, including when you give less than 48 hours’ notice. The new appointment will depend on availability.
If I need to cancel your session, you may choose either a full refund or to transfer your payment to a new appointment.
Please contact me as soon as possible to request a cancellation or schedule change.
5. Individual Results
Each person’s experience is different. I cannot guarantee a particular outcome, how quickly a change may occur, or how long it may last.
Descriptions of sessions and personal experiences shared on this website are not promises of results.
6. Your Participation and Care
Receiving a session is your choice. Please provide accurate information on your intake form and let me know about changes relevant to your session.
Continue following the advice of your medical and mental health providers. Information shared during our work, including your written session summary, should not be used to diagnose a condition or change prescribed treatment.
You are welcome to ask questions about my approach before booking.
7. Website Content
Please respect the rights associated with the text, photographs, illustrations, logos, and designs on this website.
Except where permitted by law, reproducing, distributing, or using protected content requires permission from the relevant rights holder.
8. Website Use and Privacy
Please use this website lawfully. Do not attempt to gain unauthorized access, introduce harmful software, disrupt the booking system, or misuse the contact form.
Please read the Privacy Policy for information about how personal information is collected and handled.
9. Limitation of Liability
To the extent permitted by applicable law, Divine by Design Energy Healing is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential losses arising from use of this website or its services.
Nothing in these terms excludes liability for gross negligence, intentional misconduct, or any liability that cannot lawfully be excluded. These terms do not remove consumer rights that apply by law.
10. Updates to These Terms
If these terms change, the revised version and its effective date will be posted on this page.
Changes to booking, payment, cancellation, or refund policies will apply to new bookings made on or after that date. Existing bookings will remain subject to the policies in place when they were made, unless we agree otherwise.
